| In case you haven't noticed by the lack of recent posts, I've moved: http://eeholmes.blogspot.com Blogspot has a generally better format for posting art, and I had one that was lying unused. I've posted some more stuff from the Maggieverse there, including sketches for a new character. | | |
| I wasn't able to finish it over supper , but I just couldn't wait to post it--and besides, I'd like to know what Maggie thinks of it so far anyway. Everyone is encouraged to add comments & suggestions, as always. So, with that said, here's the incomplete first 2-page spread for Maggie's graphic novel, sans dialogue, ink, & colors. If anyone would like to see the full-size version, just let me know and I'll e-mail it to you.

| This is the second version of Maggie's saintly comic hero that I tried, after some author input. What think you?

| On the Eve of New Year's Eve, Cassie, a visiting Joel, and I drove through the cold snowy night to Greg & Kailoni's for some RPG craziness in honor of Joel. Dave and his visiting fiancee joined us from Dave's place next door. Greg was GM and ran a scenario he picked up somewhere for $1-quite a good deal for the fun that was had. I posted a series of quotes from the night a while ago on my main xanga, but below is a previously un-released sketch* I made as the evening turned to morning and my attention waned. Quite a good night, all told:

| Another entry for the comic by Maggie. Still in the process of editing it in Elements to clean it up:
